Research shows that counselling can improve the way you relate to those around.
Relationship counselling will provide you with new techniques to improve  communication, It can also help you in developing better coping and problem-solving skills and in due course, allow you to break free from old patterns of behaviour that lead to isolation and arguments.

What happens in the first session?

Within the first session, we can discuss the reasons that brought you to therapy and how you are feeling  in the here and now. 
We will jointly establish a working agreement, setting out preferred methods of communication and your expectations of therapy.

How many therapy sessions will I need?

Accepted Answer

Therapy isn’t an exact science and there isn’t a one treatment plan that fits all. Most people have between 6-8 session, other clients benefit better from a long-term approach; we can design a treatment plan together which can be adapted and extended as necessary. You can choose to stop therapy at any point.

What is the cost of a session?

You will be offered a free initial telephone consultation to discuss your difficulties, how therapy may help with these, and whether I am the right therapist for you.

If you decide to continue, the fees are:

Individual session from £80
Couples session from £120
Family session From £140
