As a relationship counsellor I can help you to lead healthy and meaningful relationships both with yourself and others, by changing the patterns of communication that lead to loneliness and arguments.

My aim is to be with you as you make sense of your feelings and behaviours and to support you in moving forward so that you can realise your full potential, I can help you to develop better coping and problem-solving skills.

I will help you unpack what’s going on, realise your inner strengths and shift to a healthier mindset by healing the wounds that  kept you stuck often in destructive patters.

Since the global pandemic I am increasingly conducting my sessions online to offer you full flexibility that adapts to your busy life style. If you prefer to meet me in person for face to face sessions my practice is located in St John's Wood, NW8
